Frequently Asked Questions.

Do you take insurance?

Our treatments are not typically covered by insurance or Medicare at this time. However, many people feel the benefits of functional medicine far exceed the out-of-pocket cost, as it may support improved overall health and well-being, reduce reliance on medications and procedures, and potentially lower healthcare expenses over time.
To make care more accessible, we offer in-house financing through Cherry with flexible, patient-friendly payment options. If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), these funds may be used.
Think of it as an investment in your health—one that supports lasting wellness and long-term vitality.

Yes! We can complement traditional medical treatments or replace them. It’s up to you and what your goals are.

If you’re looking to reduce your reliance on medications, manage side effects, or simply want to optimize your overall health and wellbeing, Functional Medicine can be a powerful path to do that.

Absolutely!

All patients are required to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file to cover charges associated with services rendered. Cards will only be charged after services have been provided, unless otherwise communicated in advance. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, HSA, and Cherry.

To secure your initial appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling. Once your appointment has been scheduled, a secure payment link will be sent to you via text message and/or email for deposit submission. Your appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Upon completion of your visit, the deposit will be credited toward the total cost of services rendered.

Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours before the schedule appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a fee for the full cost of the session, which will be collected on the day of the missed visit from the card on file.
