Why it matters
Early signs of imbalance often appear well before anything meets the threshold for diagnosis. A wellness exam built around risk and prevention is where those signals are most likely to be noticed.
The aim is not to confirm that you are not currently ill. It is to understand your trajectory and adjust it while adjusting is straightforward.

Common questions
Does this replace my primary care provider?
No. This is not a replacement for care or evaluation by your primary care provider or specialist. It is a complementary, prevention focused evaluation.
How is this different from a standard annual physical?
A standard physical screens for disease. This evaluation also examines risk factors and early markers of imbalance across metabolism, hormones, nutrition, and inflammation.
How long does the visit take?
Long enough to review your history, your results, and your goals properly.
How often should I have one?
Annually for most people, though this is adjusted based on your health status and findings.
Is lab work included?
We do not bill insurance for consultations. Insurance covers most lab work, though not all. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, HSA, and FSA, and financing is available through Cherry.
